we arived there was a mixup with how many people to pickup, but no problem. Checkin no problem, when we arived into the Hotel lage, we found it noble nice. The room was just like the fotos Love it. The one problem with the room was the shower the water runs out the side. The SPA swim, sauna, aqua fit they offer in fitness and water great. Ok the fitness room offer more then enough. From Hotel to water not even 80m love it. Last but not less, its not for childern under 6years, Breakfast was great, the resterant is cut perfect not to small, Dinner is nothing special, and not to many places to go, but we had a great time. ****

This is the second time we have been over Christmas and we felt very comfortable again. The staff works hard, is friendly and attentive. Only the water in the pool was too cold. Despite all understanding for austerity measures, this is clearly going too far. For example, many guests come just because of the swimming pool. We and many other guests were very disappointed. There will be no 3.x if the hotel management keeps it that way.

We had booked one of the bungalows. All I can advise here is: stay away!! The bungalow assigned to us had probably not been rented out for months and was therefore dirty. (Toilet, carpet, etc.) Plus it wasn't exactly in good condition. The refrigerator belonging to the kitchen was replaced with a plywood panel construction and a minibar, etc. With two small children it's really unreasonable! Luckily, the lady at reception was really on her toes and offered us alternative accommodation in the hotel straight away. This was really great, hence 3 stars. Otherwise we would probably have been forced to leave again…. The rest of the vacation was saved. Food was great. Something for every taste. Service staff in the restaurant are extremely child-friendly. Swimming pool unfortunately a bit cold.

We stayed in this lovingly decorated hotel shortly before Christmas. The location on the beach and in the forest is fantastic and very quiet. We really enjoyed it. The food was very tasty and varied. Lots of fish, because we are by the sea. The wellness area with its indoor pool and saunas is very nice. A little suggestion for the operator... Our mattress would be happy to be replaced... But all in all they were great days. A thank you to the entire team. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
